Other amenities and features include central heat & air, TV, internet, ceiling fans, gas range/oven, over-the-range microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, garbage disposal, toaster, coffee maker, laundry room with washer and dryer, covered back patio, and adjacent park with basketball court. Towels, washcloths, and bedding are provided, but students should bring all other toiletries and supplies. Located in a quiet neighborhood 4.4 miles from Central Tech.
